• Service Engineer
  • Promote service maintenance packages and secure new contracts;
  • Internal and Field testing, commissioning and trouble-shooting;
  • After sales service support to End Users;
  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints;
  • Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department.
• Project Engineer
  • Responsible for project management;
  • Review consultant and contractor engineering documents, drawings and specifications;
  • Monitor timely completion of projects;
  • Perform project cost estimation based on budget;
  • Material requisition.
